摘要
对2015—2018年江苏省某三甲医院已赔付的医疗纠纷案件情况展开分析,对赔付案件数量及科室分布、纠纷解决途径、涉诉情况、司法鉴定程序进行整理归纳,据此对不同科室的纠纷赔付情况以及纠纷赔付原因展开讨论,从医疗文书管理机制、多元医疗风险分担机制、诉讼外医疗纠纷处理机制三个角度提出看法。期望通过对该医院近四年纠纷赔付案件的分析,有目的性、有针对性地提升医疗服务质量,减少医疗纠纷数量,优化医院纠纷解决,维系和谐医患关系。
This paper analyzes the medical dispute cases that have been paid out by a certain grade-A tertiary hospital in Jiangsu Province from 2015 to 2018.Based on the number of compensation cases,the distribution of participating departments,the ways of dispute settlement,the cases involved in litigation,and the judicial appraisal procedure.This paper discusses the compensation status and the causes of the disputes in different departments,and summarize suggestions from three aspects:the management mechanism of medical documents,the sharing mechanism of multiple medical risks,and the settlement mechanism of medical disputes out of litigation.It is expected that through the analysis of the cases in the hospital during the past four years,the quality of medical service will be improved,the number of medical disputes will be reduced,the settlement of hospital disputes will be optimized,and the harmonious doctor-patient relationship will be maintained.
