摘要
为探讨桃源烟区烤烟适宜的打顶时期,2019年开展了不同打顶时期对烟叶质量影响研究,结果表明:按照现有打顶时期延长2~4 d,有利于提高烟叶外观和感官质量,增加烟叶主要化学成分指标协调性及烟叶致香物质含量,且以延长4 d(6月6—7日打顶)打顶的效果最佳。为桃源烤烟生产适宜打顶期确定提供了理论依据及参考。
In order to explore the suitable topping period in Taoyuan tobacco area,the effect of different topping periods on tobacco quality was studied in 2019.The results showed that extending the topping period for 2-4 days was beneficial to improve the appearance and sensory quality of tobacco leaves,to increase the coordination of the main chemical components and the content of aroma substances in tobacco leaves,and the best topping effect was to extend the topping period for 4 days(June 6-7).It provides a theoretical basis and reference for determining the suitable topping period of Taoyuan flue-cured tobacco production.
