洞庭湖区藜麦苗菜种植试验初探 被引量:5

Preliminary Study on Planting Experiment of Chenopodium quinoa Willd Seedling Vegetable in the Dongting Lake Area

摘要 为了提高洞庭湖区藜麦苗菜种植技术,以陇藜1号和云南红2个藜麦品种为材料,选用复合肥和有机肥,研究不同混合肥施用量对藜麦苗菜生长、营养成分和经济产量的影响。结果表明:(1)与陇藜1号相比,云南红的出苗率较高,其中以复合肥1200 kg/hm^2+有机肥3000 kg/hm^2处理最高;(2)云南红4~6对叶时的株高和鲜产均高于陇藜1号,复合肥1200 kg/hm^2+有机肥3000 kg/hm^2、复合肥1800 kg/hm^2+有机肥4500 kg/hm^2两处理的茎粗、株高、单株鲜重和鲜产均高于其他处理;(3)与其他施肥处理相比,复合肥1200 kg/hm^2+有机肥3000 kg/hm^2处理的16种氨基酸、钙、铁和总黄酮含量总体最高,且不溶性膳食纤维含量和能量均最少。综合考虑,云南红施用复合肥1200 kg/hm^2+有机肥3000 kg/hm^2最适合洞庭湖区藜麦苗菜生产。 In order to improve the planting technique of quinoa(Chenopodium quinoa Willd)seedling vegetable in the Dongting Lake area,the effects of different mixed application rates of compound fertilizer and organic fertilizer on the growth,nutrient components and economic yields of two quinoa varietal seedlings,Longli No.1(CK)and Yunnan Red were studied.The results showed that:(1)Compared with Longli No.1,Yunnan Red had a higher germination rate of 84%,of which treatment F6 was the highest.(2)The plant height and fresh yield of Yunnan Red at 4-6 pair-leaf stage were higher than those of Longli No.1,and the stem diameter,plant height,fresh weight per plant and fresh yield under the two treatments of compound fertilizer 1200 kg/hm^2+organic fertilizer 3000 kg/hm^2,and compound fertilizer 1800 kg/hm^2+organic fertilizer 4500 kg/hm^2 were higher than those under other treatments.(3)Compared with other fertilization treatments,the treatment of compound fertilizer 1200 kg/hm^2+organic fertilizer 3000 kg/hm^2 had the highest contents of 16 amino acids,calcium,iron and total flavonoids,and the contents of insoluble dietary fiber and energy were the lowest.Comprehensively considering,the application of compound fertilizer 1200 kg/hm^2+organic fertilizer 3000 kg/hm^2 is most suitable for the production of Yunnan Red seedlings.
