基于变异系数法的张家界市永定区土地利用综合效益评价

Comprehensive Benefit Evaluation of Land Use in Yongding District of Zhangjiajie City Based on Variation Coefficient Method

为探究2010年以来张家界市永定区的土地利用综合效益,以2010—2017年永定区土地利用数据为基础,分析其土地利用现状。选取包括经济、社会、生态效益3个方面18个指标,构建了土地利用综合效益评价指标体系,并采用变异系数法确定各指标权重,利用加权函数法求得土地利用效益的综合分值,运用协调度模型分析土地利用系统协调性。结果表明:永定区土地利用类型多样,但耕地、园地和林地资源流失严重;土地综合效益总体呈上升趋势,土地利用协调度主要受到土地利用环境效益制约,除2010年外均达到基本协调状态。因此,要稳步提升永定区土地利用社会效益和经济效益,注重提高土地利用的环境效益,调整和优化产业结构,集约利用土地资源。

In order to explore the comprehensive land use benefits of Yongding district in Zhangjiajie City since 2010,this paper analyzes the present situation of land use in Yongding district based on 2010-2017 data.Eighteen indicators based on economic,social and ecological benefits are selected to construct a comprehensive benefit evaluation index system for land use.The coefficient of variation method is adopted to determine the weight of each index,the comprehensive score of land use benefit is obtained by the weighted function method,and the coordination degree model is used to analyze the coordination of land use system.The results show that there are various types of land use in Yongding district,but the loss of cultivated land,garden and forest land is serious.Overall,the comprehensive benefits of land are on the rise.The coordination degree of land use is mainly restricted by the environmental benefits of land use,and most years reach the basic coordination state except 2010.Therefore,it is necessary to steadily improve the social and economic benefits of land use in Yongding district,focus on improving the environmental benefits of land use,adjust and optimize the industrial structure,and make intensive use of land resources.
