摘要
介绍设计的一种便携式RFID标签一致性校验装置及方法,通过应用基于灰度直方图的多阈值法处理不同光照条件下的图像二值化,并应用LeNet-5模型卷神经网络完成长串数字编码识别,实现了超高频RFID标签芯片编码、标签表面二维码以及标签表面数字编码三码一致性的自动化、一体化校验,保证RFID标签入网前的正确率,进而提高电网资产实物ID信息的完备度。
This paper introduce designs a portable RFID tag consistency checking device and method,in which,the binarization of images under different illumination conditions is processed by using multi-threshold method based on gray histogram,and the recognition of long-string digital coding is completed by using LeNet-5model convolutional neural network.It realizes the automatic and integrated checking of the consistency of the three codes of UHF RFID tag chip coding,tag surface two-dimensional code and tag surface digital coding,guarantees the correct rate of RFID tags before entering the network,and improves the completeness of the object ID information of power grid assets.
