摘要
针对应用于电梯主动力牵引场合的低速大转矩无齿轮永磁同步曳引电机领域,介绍新型单齿拼块式集中绕组铁心的结构设计和参数的分析选择,在结构设计中阐述关于槽满率、槽绝缘、拼接结构等关键点的控制,另外对影响性能的部分参数进行分析,提出了一些参数选择的见解。用一个样机实例来对比说明,并在文章最后用测试结果验证了此设计的合理性。
For the low-speed large-torque gearless permanent-magnet synchronous traction motor used in the main power traction field of elevators,this paper introduces the structural design and parameter analysis of a new core with single-tooth split-type concentrated windings.The controls of key points in structure design such as slot full rate,slot insulation and splicing structure are described,some parameters affecting performance are analyzed,and some insights on the selection of some parameters are proposed.Taking a prototype as an actual example to compare and explain,the reasonability of the design is verified lastly with the test results.
