摘要
在设计初期对电机进行合理有效的热设计至关重要。基于一款地铁用水冷全封闭永磁同步牵引电机项目,对电机冷却结构进行设计和优化,并采用数值计算方法对电机水道三维流场结构和电机内部温度分布进行分析。结果表明水道设计合理,温升满足电机散热需求。现展现了电机热设计基本流程,为后续同类型电机设计提供参考。
Reasonable and effective thermal design of motor in the early stage of design is crucial.Based on a subway water-cooled totally-enclosed permanent-magnet synchronous traction motor project,the cooling structure of the motor is designed and optimized,and the 3D waterway flow field structure of the motor and the temperature distribution inside the motor are analyzed by numerical calculation method.The results show that the design of waterway is reasonable,and the temperature rise of the motor meets the heat dissipation requirements.This paper presents the basic process of motor thermal design and provides a reference for the follow-up design of the same type of motors.
