摘要 以160kW立式屏蔽泵电动机扇形可倾推力轴承为例,根据动压润滑理论,编制Matlab润滑求解程序,分析了扇形可倾瓦支点位置、包角对其润滑性能的影响,为可倾推力轴承润滑优化研究提供了有力依据。 Taking a fan-shaped tilting thrust bearing of 160kW vertical canned pump motor as an example,this paper analyzes the influences of fulcrum position and wrap angle of the fan-shaped tilting bearing bush on the lubrication performance based on dynamic pressure lubrication theory and Matlab lubrication solution program.It provides a powerful basis for lubrication optimization research of the tilting thrust bearings.
