摘要
通过3-异氰酸酯基丙基三甲氧基硅烷、3-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷和甲乙酮肟为原料合成了一种新的硫化促进剂。以107胶为基胶,加入交联剂、补强填料、偶联剂、硫化促进剂和催化剂,制得了一种脱酮肟型单组分室温硫化硅橡胶。研究了各组分的用量对硅橡胶性能的影响。结果表明,采用黏度为20 Pa·s的107胶100份,二甲基硅油10份,甲基三丁酮肟基硅烷10份,活性纳米碳酸钙120份,硫化促进剂3份,偶联剂2份,催化剂0.5份,制得的硅橡胶综合性能较好。
A new vulcanization promoter compound was synthesized by the 3-isocyanatopropyltrimethoxysilane,3-aminopropyltriethoxysilane and methyl ethylketoxime.One-component Ketone-oxime room temperature vulcanization silicone rubber was prepared by adding the crosslinking agent,the reinforcing filler,coupling agent,the vulcanization promoter compound and catalyst into the 107 silicone rubber.The influences of the amount of each component on the properties of silicone rubber were studied.The results showed that the optimal silicone rubber was prepared with 100 parts of 107 silicone rubber with viscosity of 20 Pa·s,10 parts of polydimethylsiloxane,10 parts of methyltris(methylethylketoximino)silane,120 parts of activated nano-calcium carbonate,3 parts of vulcanization promoter compound,2 parts of coupling agent and 0.5 parts of catalyst.
