土家药豨签草的活性成分提取及其抑菌效果

Extraction of Active Ingredient and Bacteriostatic Effect of Herba Siegesbeckiae(Xixiancao)

提取豨签草活性成分并对其进行体外抑菌作用实验;为豨签草在医学方面的研究和应用提供理论基础。采用回流提取法对豨签草中含有的抑菌物质进行提取,并将提取物质进行纯化,用正交实验对提取的方法进一步优化,滤片纸法测定抑菌效果,统计并计算抑菌物质的的最低抑菌浓度以及各浓度对不同细菌的抑制效果。豨签草溶液对肺炎链球菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌等均有一定的抑制作用。

Active ingredient of Herba Siegesbeckiae(Xixiancao)was extracted and its bacteriostatic effect experiments in vitro were carried on,which provided a theoretical basis for the research and application of Herba Siegesbeckiae(Xixiancao)in medicine.The bacteriostatic substances of Herba Siegesbeckiae(Xixiancao)were extracted by refluxing extraction,and the extracted substances were purified.Orthogonal experiment design method was used to further optimize the extraction method,and filter paper method was used to determine the bacteriostatic effect.The minimum bacteriostatic concentration of the bacteriostatic substances and the inhibitory effect of each concentration on different bacteria were calculated.The Herba Siegesbeckiae(Xixiancao)solution had a certain inhibitory effect on streptococcus pneumonia,staphylococcus aureus and colibacillus.
