摘要
用差热分析法(DTA)和热重分析法(TG)研究了珍珠粉和珍珠层粉在氮气中的热性质,加热温度范围为100~1000℃,加热速率为10 K/min。实验发现,珍珠粉和珍珠层粉的热分解过程分为两个阶段,其分解特征峰明显,可以快速地分析二者的热性质。同时通过DTA-TG-DTG热分析方法同步联用,可以科学地、快速地对不同价格的各种市售产品进行热图谱扫描,并且判断其纯度和掺杂情况。
The thermal properties of pearl powder and pearl layer powder in nitrogen were studied by differential thermal analysis(DTA)and thermal gravimetric method(TG).The heating temperature range was 100~1000℃and the heating rate was 10 K/min.Experiments showed that the thermal decomposition process of the pearl powder and pearl layer powder was divided into two stages,and the decomposition characteristic was obvious.Their thermal stability can be scientifically and quickly judged by thermal analysis method.At the same time,the purity and doping of the various market products with different prices can be identified on the thermal scanning map by DTA-TG-DTG combined technology.
