摘要
目前液化石油气钢瓶在检验焚烧过程中,存在焚烧效果不佳、需多次焚烧的问题。本文参照焚烧炉实际尺寸构建液化石油气焚烧炉的物理模型,应用CFD软件Fluent模拟液化石油气钢瓶焚烧过程中的流场,探究燃烧喷嘴直径、焚烧炉炉筒直径对液化石油气钢瓶表面流场均匀度的影响,根据不同工况的模拟,得到燃烧喷嘴直径、焚烧炉炉筒直径的最优值,为焚烧炉的结构优化设计提供参考依据。
At present,in the process of inspection and incineration of LPG steel cylinders,there is a problem that the incineration effect is not good and multiple incineration is required.A physical model of an LPG incinerator was constructed with reference to the actual size of the incinerator.The CFD software Fluent was used to simulate the flow field during the incineration of LPG cylinders.The diameter of the combustion nozzle and the diameter of the incinerator tube were used to investigate the flow field of the LPG cylinder.Through the effect of uniformity according to the simulation of different working conditions,the optimal values of the diameter of the combustion nozzle and the diameter of the incinerator tube were obtained,which provided a reference for the optimization design of the structure of the incinerator.
