摘要 目的研究钙周期蛋白S100A6在子宫腺肌病(AM)患者相关组织中的表达,探究其在AM发生发展过程中的作用及与患者痛经的关系。方法选取30例行手术治疗的AM患者作为病例组,同时选取30例因子宫肌瘤行全子宫切除术的患者作为对照组。采用免疫组化方法,检测病例组子宫肌层异位内膜及子宫腔在位内膜组织中S100A6的表达,并与对照组对比。视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评价子宫腺肌病患者痛经情况。结果病例组子宫肌层异位内膜中S100A6表达水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。病例组在位内膜中S100A6表达水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。病例组在位内膜与异位内膜S100A6表达水平相似,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。S100A6在不同痛经程度的子宫腺肌病患者组织中表达差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论子宫腺肌病病灶中S100A6的表达异常增高且与痛经程度存在正相关,在位内膜和异位至肌层的内膜组织中S100A6表达无差异,S100A6可能参与AM发病及其痛经的发生机制。 Objective To investigate the expression of S100A6 in related tissues of patients with adenomyosis(AM),and to explore its role in the development of AM.Methods Thirty patients with AM who underwent hysterectomy were enrolled as case group,and the other 30 patients with uterine fibroids who underwent hysterectomy were enrolled as control group.Immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expression levels of S100A6 in the ectopic endometrium of the myometrium and the endometrial tissue in situ of uterine cavity in case group,and to compare the results with those in control group.Moreover Visual analogue scale(VAS)was used to evaluate the dysmenorrhea status in patients with adenomyosis.Results The expression levels of S100A6 in the ectopic endometrium in case group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05).The expression levels of S100A6 in the eutopic endometrium in case group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05).Moreover there were no significant differences in the expression levels of S100A6 between eutopic endometrium tissues and ectopic endometrium tissues(P>0.05),however there were significant differences in the expression levels of S100A6 in the patients with different degree of dysmenorrhea(P<0.05).Conclusion The expression levels of S100A6 in the ectopic endometrium and eutopic endometrium in case group are abnormally increased,which is positively correlated with the degree of dysmenorrhea,however there are no significant differences in the expression levels of S100A6 between eutopic endometrium tissues and ectopic endometrium tissues.The S100A6 may be involved in the pathogenesis of AM and dysmenorrhea.
