孟鲁司特钠与硫酸镁治疗百日咳综合征的效果分析

Diagnosis and treatment of pertussis syndrome with montelukast sodium combined with magnesium sulfate

目的研究孟鲁司特钠与硫酸镁医治百日咳综合征的疗效。方法百日咳综合征的患儿120例随机分为A组和B组,每组60例。在有基本治疗的情况下A组患儿应用孟鲁司特钠片口服与硫酸镁注射液静脉滴注,B组只使用硫酸镁静脉滴注。评价2组的不良反应出现率、治疗结局及一般临床数据。结果A组总有效率高于B组,不良反应出现率低于B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。A组T2 h内吸痰次数、指脉氧恢复正常时间、痉挛性咳嗽好转时间、肺部啰青音清散时间、白细胞计数降低时间均低于B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论百日咳综合征经过硫酸镁和孟鲁司特钠的医治是安全有效的。

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effects of montelukast sodium combined with magnesium sulfate(MgSO4)pertussis syndrome in chidren.Methods A total of 120 children with pertussis syndrome wererandomly divided into group A(n=60)and group B(n=60).Under the condition of basic treatment,the patients in group A were treated by montelukast sodium tablets combined with magnesium sulfate intravenous injection,however,the patients in group B were treated by magnesium sulfate intravenous injection only.The incidence rate of adverse reactions,treatment outcome and general clinical data were observed and compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate in group A was significantly higher than that in group B,and the incidence rate of adverse reactions in group A was significantly lower than that in group B(P<0.05).Moreover the aspiration of sputum frequency within 72h,the time of putting back to normal levels of finger oxygen,the improvement time of spasmodic cough,and the disappearing time of lung rales as well as WBC count in group A were significantly lower than those in group B(P<0.05).Conclusion The montelukast sodium combined with magnesium sulfate is safe and effective in treatment of pertussis syndrome.
