PDCA循环管理法在我院围手术期合理使用质子泵抑制剂中的应用价值

Application effects of proton pump inhibitors according to PDCA cycle management at perioperative period

目的评价PDCA循环管理法在我院围手术期预防使用质子泵抑制剂管理中的效果。方法PDCA循环管理前作为干预前组(n=987),第一轮PDCA循环管理后作为干预1组(n=1201),第二轮PDCA循环管理后作为干预2组(n=1857),对比PDCA循环管理前后质子泵抑制剂在围手术期预防使用的合理性,评价PDCA循环管理效果。结果干预1、2组PPIS使用率、不合理率明显低于干预前(P>0.05)。干预1、2组无适应证用药、给药途径不适宜、药物选择不适宜、用法用量不合理、重复用药、用药疗程过长明显低于干预前组(P<0.05)。结论PDCA循环管理对质子泵围手术期预防应用管理效果明显可行。

Objective To investigate the application effects of proton pump inhibitors(PPIS)according to PDCA cycle management at perioperative period in our hospital.Methods A total of patients who were given proton pump inhibitors before PDCA cycle management were enrolled as pre-intervention group,and 1201 patients who were given proton pump inhibitors according to PDCA cycle management at the first round were enrolled as intervention group 1,and 1857 patients who were given proton pump inhibitors according to PDCA cycle management at the second round were enrolled as intervention group 2.The application effects and rationality of proton pump inhibitors according to PDCA cycle management at perioperative period were evaluated.Results After intervention the usage rate and unreasonable rate in intervention group 1 and intervention group 2 were significantly lower than those before intervention(P<0.05).There were no medication without indications,inaptitude medication way,unreasonable usage and repetition medication in intervention group 1 and intervention group 2,however,the medication duration in intervention group 1 and intervention group 2 was significantly shorter than that in pre-intervention group(P<0.05).Conclusion The PDCA cycle management is an effective and feasible method for proton pump inhibitors prevention at perioperative period.
