希望理论治疗抑郁症患者的疗效观察

Clinical curative effects of hope theory nursing on depression

目的探讨希望理论治疗抑郁症患者的临床疗效。方法80例抑郁症患者按照住院顺序编号分组,单号为观察组、双号为对照组,每组40例(观察组脱落2例,对照组脱落4例)。2组均给予SSIR药物系统治疗,对照组给予常规性健康教育,观察组在对照组基础上将希望理论贯彻始终。应用汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD-17)评价抗抑郁效果,应用日常生活量表(ADL)反映患者的抑郁症疗效,应用躯体健康问卷表(PHQ-15)评价患者的躯体症状疗效。结果治疗结束后,观察组HAMD-17评分、ADL评分、PHQ-15评分低于对照组,痊愈率高于对照组差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论希望理论能够改善患者抑郁症状,提高日常生活能力,缓解躯体不适,有助于促进患者身心健康。

Objective To investigate the clinical curative effects of hope theory nursing on depression.Methods A total of 80 patients with depression who were treated in our hospital from May 2016 to May 2017 were enrolled in the study.According to the sequence of hospitalization,the 80 patients were divided control group(even numbers)and observation group(odd number),with 40 cases in each group.The patients in both groups group were treated by SSIR drugs,on that basis,the patients in control group were treated by conventional health education,however,the patients in observation group,on the basis of control group,were treated by hope theory nursing.The Hamilton depression scale and activities of daily living(ADL)scale were used to evaluate the therapeutic effects.Moreover the physical health questionnaire(PHQ-15)was used to evaluate the therapeutic effects on physical symptoms of patients.Results After treatment,the HAMD-17 scores,ADL scores and PHQ-15 scores in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group,however,the cure rate in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of the hope theory nursing in treatment of depression can relieve depression symptoms and depression emotion of patients,improve the activity of daily living,which is helpful to promote the physical and mental health of patients.
