摘要
针对煤制油选煤厂有压两产品重介旋流器存在跑煤现象和分选效果差的问题,通过分析入料性质,在原煤性质不变的情况下,提出了有压两产品重介旋流器结构参数和操作条件的优化改造方案,实现设备性能、操作条件与原煤性质的高度匹配,进而解决了该厂间歇性“跑煤”现象,并改善了设备工艺性能,提高了精煤回收率和产品合格率。
In view of coal running phenomenon and poor separation effect in coal-to-liquid coal preparation plant pressurized two products dense-medium cyclone,an optimization and reconstruction scheme for the structural parameters and operating conditions of two-product heavy-medium cyclones with pressure is proposed under the unchanged condition of raw coal through the analysis of feeding properties to realize the highly matched equipment performance,operating conditions and raw coal properties in a way to solve the plant intermittently"coal leakage"phenomenon and improves the equipment process performance,thereby improving the clean coal recovery rate and product qualification rate.
