摘要
分析比较了当前重介浅槽分选机、动筛跳汰分选机、X射线块煤智能分选机等井下排矸工艺的特点,探讨了复合式风选技术用于井下排矸的可能性;与其他技术相比较,复合式风选技术因系统简单、不用水、不用介质、分选密度高,无水洗煤泥,处理能力大,分选下限低,生产成本低,投资省的优势用于井下排矸具有较多的优越性。
This essay analyzes and compares the characteristics of the current underground drainage technology such as the heavy medium shallow slot separator,moving sieve jig separator,X-ray lump coal intelligent separator to explore the possibility of composite air separation technology for down-hole drainage;compared with other technology,composite air separation technology has more advantages for down-hole drainage due to the advantage of simple system,no water,no medium,high sorting density,no water washing slime,large processing capacity,low sorting limit,low production cost,and investment savings.
