摘要
文中从改变流速、减小无支撑跨距和设置尾部支撑方面对釜式重沸器U形管束进行了优化设计,并详细给出了3块异形折流板结构和2种尾部支撑结构。实践证明,两种尾部支撑结构均能够有效防止管束振动,优化后的U形管束使用未发现换热管与管板连接处焊缝开裂情况。
In this paper,the optimal design was carried out by changing the flow rate,reducing the unsupported span and setting the tail support to the u-shaped bundle of kettle reboiler.Three special-shaped baffle plate structures and two tail support structures were given in detail.The practice proved that two tail support structures can effectively prevent the tube bundle vibration,and no weld crack has been found in the connection between heat exchanger tube and tube sheet in the use of optimized U-shaped tube bundle.
