[目的/意义]分析英国脱欧社交网络舆情有利于了解民众对脱欧运动的看法,厘清脱欧对英国与欧洲产生的影响,并探查西方民主制度的缺陷和英国政府治理困境。[方法/过程]以推特平台上脱欧进程中的10大关键事件相关推文为研究对象,结合大数据情感分析、层次分析与质性解读方法,了解推文主要内容与态度倾向,识别意见领袖与核心传播人;并探讨英国脱欧对英欧社会产生的影响以及西方国家治理中的问题。[结果/结论]研究发现:民众谈论的主题随脱欧进程的推进发生变化;在有态度倾向的推文中,民众对脱欧呈现出较明显的反对倾向;新闻媒体用户与脱欧特定账号在传播、引导脱欧运动网络舆情中发挥主要作用;英国脱欧对英欧的经济、政治等方面产生巨大影响;该事件反复冗长的进程折射出西方民主制度的缺陷,增强了我国特色社会主义的道路自信和制度自信。

[Purpose/Significance]The public opinion on Brexit from the social network can help us explore people's views on Brexit,understand the impact of Brexit on the UK and Europe,and probe into the defects of western democratic system and the predicament faced by the British Government.[Method/Process]Taking the tweets from the top ten key events in the process of Brexit on the twitter platform as research object,this study combines the method of big data sentiment analysis,analytic hierarchy process and qualitative interpretation to analyze their main topics and attitudes,identify opinion leaders and core disseminators,explore the impact of Brexit on British and European society and investigate problems in their national governance as well.[Result/Conclusion]The research has found that the topics people focus on have changed with the progress of the Brexit.In the tweets with attitude tendency,the public show clear opposition to Brexit.News media users and special accounts of Brexit have played a major role in spreading and guiding the online public opinion of Brexit.Brexit has great influence on the economy and politics of Britain and Europe.Meanwhile,the lengthy process of Brexit reflects the defects of the western democratic system,which enhances the confidence in the path and system of socialism with Chinese characteristics.
