愈梗通瘀汤对心肌梗死后患者心室重构及miRNA-21、GDF-15表达的影响

Effect of Yugeng Tongyu Decoction on miRNA-21,GDF-15 expression and ventricular remodeling in patients with myocardial infarction

目的:探讨愈梗通瘀汤对心肌梗死后患者心室重构及miRNA-21、GDF-15表达的影响。方法:选取某院收治的心肌梗死者98例,按随机数表法分成观察组与对照组,每组各49例。对照组采用常规西医治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加以愈梗通瘀汤治疗。对比2组患者临床疗效、中医证候积分、心室重构相关指标及miRNA-21、GDF-15表达水平。结果:观察组临床疗效明显高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后中医证候积分观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组LVEF指标高于对照组,LVEDV、LVESV及LVEDD指标低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后观察组miRNA-21水平高于对照组,GDF-15水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:心肌梗死后患者给予愈梗通瘀汤治疗效果显著,可有效改善miRNA-21、GDF-15表达,抑制心室重构,值得临床推广。

Objective:To investigate the effect of Yugeng Tongyu Decoction on miRNA-21,GDF-15 expression and ventricular remodeling in patients with myocardial infarction.Methods:98 patients with myocardial infarction were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,with 49 cases in each.The control group was routinely treated with atorvastatin and aspirin,and the observation group was treated with Yugeng Tongyu Decoction on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,TCM syndrome score,miRNA-21,GDF-15 expression and ventricular remodeling were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the clinical effect of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the TCM syndrome score was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The miRNA-21 level of the observation group was higher and the GDF-15 level was lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The LVEF index was higher than that of the control group,and the LVEDV,LVESV and LVEDD indexes were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Yugeng Tongyu Decoction can improve the expression of miRNA-21 and GDF-15 and the function of ventricular remodeling.
