摘要
为了改善钟形壳用中碳轴承钢的耐磨性能,采用磁控溅射技术在中碳轴承钢表面制备了CrN涂层。采用扫描电镜(SEM)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)、纳米压痕仪和摩擦磨损试验机等对比分析了有无涂层的中碳轴承钢的微观形貌、力学性能和摩擦磨损性能。结果表明:中碳轴承钢热处理后的组织为回火马氏体,硬度为589.2 HV0.5,表面沉积CrN涂层后,硬度达到了756.9 HV0.5。该涂层由CrN和Cr2N相构成,结构致密,厚度约5.891μm。在相同摩擦磨损条件下,涂层试样比无涂层试样的磨损量减少了约35.6%。涂层试样的主要磨损机制为氧化黏着磨损,而无涂层试样则为氧化黏着磨损和磨粒磨损。
In order to improve the wear resistance of the medium carbon bearing steel for bell-shaped shell,CrN coating was prepared on the steel by magnetron sputtering technique.The morphology,mechanical property and friction and wear resistance of the medium carbon bearing steel with or without CrN coating were systematically analyzed by scanning electron microscopy(SEM),X-ray diffractometer(XRD),nanohardness tester,as well as by vertical universal friction and wear tester,respectively.The results showed that the microstructure of the medium carbon bearing steel after heat treatment was tempered martensite,and the hardness was 589.2 HV0.5;after the CrN coating was deposited on the surface,the hardness reached 756.9 HV0.5.The CrN coating was composed of CrN and Cr2N phases,and had dense structure and a thickness of about 5.891μm.Under the same friction and wear conditions,the wear loss of the coated sample was about 35.6%less than that of the uncoated sample.The wear mechanism of the coated samples was mainly oxidation wear,and that of the uncoated samples was mainly oxidation and abrasive wear.
