摘要
采用合金法,利用电子探针显微分析(EPMA)及X射线衍射法(XRD),试验测定了Ti-Mn-Si三元系合金相图富Ti端800及1100℃等温截面中的相关系。结合试验数据和已知子二元系相图,发现Ti-Mn-Si三元系富Ti端800℃时存在3个三相区:BCC(Ti)+HCP(Ti)+SiTi3、BCC(Ti)+Si3Ti5+SiTi3、BCC(Ti)+Si3Ti5+X(X为三元新相);4个两相区:BCC(Ti)+Si3Ti5、BCC(Ti)+SiTi3、HCP(Ti)+SiTi3、HCP(Ti)+BCC(Ti);2个单相区:BCC(Ti)、HCP(Ti)。富Ti端1100℃时存在2个三相区:BCC(Ti)+Si3Ti5+SiTi3、BCC(Ti)+Si3Ti5+X;2个两相区:BCC(Ti)+Si3Ti5、BCC(Ti)+SiTi3;1个单相区BCC(Ti)。
Isothermal sections of the Ti-Mn-Si ternary system in the Ti-rich region at 800℃and 1100℃were experimentally determined through alloyage in conjunction with electron probe micro-analysis(EPMA)and X-ray diffraction(XRD).Combining experimental data with known binary phase diagrams,the phase equilibria of the Ti-Mn-Si ternary system in the Ti-rich region at 800℃were determined as follows:three three-phase regions,i.e.,BCC(Ti)+HCP(Ti)+SiTi3,BCC(Ti)+Si3Ti5+SiTi3,BCC(Ti)+Si3Ti5+X(X is a new ternary phase);four two-phase regions,i.e.,BCC(Ti)+Si3Ti5,BCC(Ti)+SiTi3,SiTi3+HCP(Ti),HCP(Ti)+BCC(Ti),and two single-phase regions,i.e.,BCC(Ti),HCP(Ti).At 1100℃,the following phase equilibria were detected as follows:two three-phase regions,i.e.,BCC(Ti)+Si3Ti5+SiTi3,BCC(Ti)+Si3Ti5+X;two two-phase regions,i.e.,BCC(Ti)+Si3Ti5,BCC(Ti)+SiTi3,and one single-phase region BCC(Ti).
