摘要 随着750 kV输电线路的不断建设与发展,综检时间更紧,任务更重,综检工作不能做到对金具、导线检查的全面覆盖,进而增加隐患遗留点。现提出一种使用直流电机、高性能锂电池、蜗轮蜗杆减速箱及载人平台等组成的六分裂导线便携式载人辅助走线器,改变传统的走线方式,提高工作效率,降低安全风险,提高综检质量,确保线路可靠运行。 With the continuous construction and development of 750 kV transmission line,the comprehensive inspection time is tight and the task is heavy.The comprehensive inspection work can not cover the inspection of metal fittings and conductors in an all-round way,thereby increasing the hidden dangers.This paper presents a portable manned auxiliary wiring device for six split conductors,which consists of a DC motor,high performance lithium battery,turbine worm reduction gearbox and manned platform.The device changes the traditional wiring mode,improves the work efficiency,reduces the safety risk,improves the quality of comprehensive inspection and ensures the reliable operation of the lines.
