摘要
为提高开关回路电阻测试精准度与工作效率,概述当前高压开关回路电阻测试现状,并分析当前常用直流压降法及大容量导电插件性能测试技术,重点研究了罗氏线圈的技术原理和试验方法,提出了大电流测试技术的应用方法与场景。经现场实际应用及测试结果比对,证明了所提测试方法具有较强的实用性,能有效解决当前高压开关电阻测试误差大和效率低问题。
In order to improve the accuracy and efficiency of switch circuit resistance test,the current status of high voltage switch circuit resistance test is summarized,and the current commonly used DC voltage drop method and the performance test technology of large capacity conductive plug-in are analyzed.The technical principle and test method of Rogowski coils are mainly studied.The application method and scenarios of the high current test technology are proposed.The actual filed application and comparison of test results demonstrate that the proposed test method has strong practicability and can effectively solve the current problems of large error and low efficiency of the high voltage switch resistance test.
