用户画像视域下的图书馆用户隐私问题研究

Research on Libraries Users’Privacy in User Portrait Perspective

大数据时代,用户画像技术作为精准推荐、定向宣传以及提供决策参考的重要手段,逐渐在图书馆知识服务中得到应用,但个人隐私数据化程度的加深亦给用户隐私保护带来严峻考验。基于数据流动过程,文章审视了图书馆用户画像构建及使用过程中存在的隐私问题,并从意识层、管理层、技术层和法制层4个层面提出了应对策略,以为图书馆用户画像隐私治理提供参考和借鉴。

In the context of big data,as an important means of accurate recommendation,targeted promotion and decision-making reference,user portrait technology has gradually been applied in library knowledge services,which has not only raised the relevance of libraries’information,but also improved the experience of libraries’users.However,more and more personal privacy information has been transformed into data,which brought great challenges to users’privacy protection.Based on the process of data flowing,the paper examines the privacy issues in the process of constructing and using library users images,and proposes solving measures from the four aspects:consciousness,management,technology and legislation,to provide reference for library users’privacy governance.
