用户访问电子资源行为数据的获取研究--基于创文图书馆电子资源综合管理与利用系统

Research on the Acquisition of User Behavior Data to Electronic Resource——Based on the Comprehensive Management and Utilization System of Electronic Resources in Chuangwen

用户访问电子资源数据是图书馆捕捉用户数字阅读习惯、用户满意度、用户知识发现服务需求的关键,通过对用户行为数据进行搜集、组织、分析、预测,发现科研团队的信息行为规律、资源需求特征,可以为图书馆推送个性化学科服务提供科学依据。文章以获取创文系统的行为数据为研究目标,设计一种基于校外访问系统的用户电子资源行为数据采集技术框架,并提出实现数据采集的关键技术点和实施方案。该技术框架和实施方案可为图书馆深入分析用户行为数据、定制个性化学科服务提供有益参考。

User behavior data to electronic resource is the key for the library to capture the user’s digital reading habits,user’s satisfaction,and user’s service requirements.Through the analysis,collection,organization and prediction of user behavior data,we can find the information behavior rule and resource demand characteristics of the research team,which can provide a scientific basis for the library to push personalized subject services.Taking the behavior data of the Chuangwen system as the research goal,this paper designs a technical framework for data collection of user electronic resource behavior based on off-campus access system,and proposes the key technical points and implementation schemes for data collection.The technical framework and implementation provide a useful reference for the library to analyze user behavior data and customize personalized subject services.
