摘要
我国公共图书馆信用服务可分为3种类型:以押金为基础的信用服务、以读者积分为基础的信用服务、以第三方征信平台为基础的信用服务。近年来出现了许多基于芝麻信用积分的信用服务,公共图书馆与蚂蚁金服合作提供的信用服务实践也逐渐盛行,目前,上海、杭州、苏州、合肥等数十家的公共图书馆先后开展了信用服务。文章在分析我国公共图书馆信用服务的现状与问题的基础上,建议充分利用基层公共图书馆服务网点、建立行业统一的信用服务标准体系、丰富信用服务类型、完善读者信用管理制度。
There are three types of public library credit services in our country:credit service based on deposit,credit service based on reader’s points,and credit service based on the third-party credit platform.In recent years,there have been many credit services based on Zhima credit points,and the practice of credit services provided by the public libraries and ant financial services has gradually prevailed.At present,dozens of public libraries in Shanghai,Hangzhou,Suzhou,Hefei and so on have carried out credit services.Based on the analysis of the status and problems of credit services in China’s public libraries,this paper proposes to make full use of grass-roots public library service outlets,establish a unified industry credit service standard system,enrich the types of credit service,and improve the credit management system of readers.
