摘要
传统钛液降温结晶所使用的热力压缩法存在运行能耗高、生产效率低、二次污水量大、夏季降温困难等问题。提出了一种新型机械闪蒸式钛液降温结晶方法,对其夏季工况的系统性能进行了测试,结果表明:夏季工况条件下(冷却水为34℃),新工艺较传统方法可缩减钛液降温时间24.2%,降低生产费用67.6%,单位产能标煤耗量降低92.4%,减少二次污水20 000 m^3/a。机械闪蒸降温结晶技术为钛液结晶提供了一种节能环保新途径,其在钛白粉为代表的无机盐领域具有广阔的市场应用前景。
The traditional titanium solution cooling crystallization method with thermal compression has problems of high energy consumption,low efficiency,large secondary sewage and difficult cooling in summer.A new mechanical flash cooling crystallization method was proposed,and the system performance under summer condition was performed.The results showed that compared with the traditional method,the new method under summer condition(cooling water temperature is 34 ℃) can shorten cooling time by 24.2%,reduce production cost by 67.6%,decrease standard coal consumption by 92.4% and reduce the secondary sewage 20 000 m^3/a.As a new energy-saving and environmental protection technology,the mechanical flash cooling crystallization technology has broad market application prospects in the field of inorganic salts.
