从证据的角度客观认识复发性流产中的免疫因素被引量：14

Understanding of immune factors in recurrent abortion from the evidence perspective

摘要复发性流产或复发性胎儿丢失(RPL)的病因复杂多样,与RPL明确相关的免疫因素有且仅有抗磷脂综合征(APS)。APS的诊断应严格满足相应的分类标准,但临床中对部分可能有抗磷脂抗体(aPL)参与流产发病的患者应适当放宽治疗指征。治疗方面应对aPL阳性的患者进行危险分层,根据具体情况给予个体化治疗。目前尚无证据表明单纯低滴度ANA阳性及同种异体免疫与RPL明确相关,国外指南亦不推荐对同种异体免疫进行筛查或治疗。
