摘要
辅修学士学位、双学士学位、联合学士学位三种学士学位类型的提出,对推动复合型人才培养、促进教育资源共享、满足学生个性化与多样化的学术兴趣有积极意义。然而,从学理和域外经验看,《学士学位授权与授予管理办法》对这三种学位类型的理解存在一定的偏颇。辅修不同于学位,亦不授予学位,“辅修学士学位”杂糅了“辅修”“主修”与“学位”三个概念,容易带来误解。双学士学位不同于双学士学位复合型人才培养项目,后者窄化了前者,导致双学士学位的覆盖面大大缩小。联合学士学位不止限于国内、国际和校际之间,还包括学校内部更具结构性、具有特定名称的学士学位类型。
The proposal of three types of bachelor's degree,minor bachelor's degree,double bachelor's degree and joint bachelor's degree,has positive significance in promoting the cultivation of compound talents and sharing of educational resources,and satisfying the students'individual and diverse academic interests.However,from the perspective of academic theory and foreign experience,Administrative Measures for the Authorization and Award of Bachelor's Degree shows some biases in the understanding of these three types of degree.A minor bachelor’s degree is considered different from the concept of degree,and it does not confer as a degree.The concepts of"minor","major"and"degree"are mixed in minor bachelor’s degree,which is easy to be misunderstood.Double bachelor's degree is different from double bachelor's degree compound talent training program,which narrowed its scope resulting in the reduced coverage of double bachelor's degree.Joint bachelor’s degrees are not limited to national,international and inter-university programs,but also include more structured and designated types of bachelor degrees within an university.
