社会保障支出的多维减贫效应及作用机制——基于家庭消费结构的中介效应分析

Effect of multidimensional poverty reduction and mechanism of social security expenditure--Based on the mediating effects of family consumption structure

基于2018年中国家庭追踪调查数据,运用有序Probit模型实证分析社会保障支出对农户多维贫困的影响及其作用机制。研究发现:社会保障支出显著负向影响农户多维贫困,家庭消费结构显著负向影响农户多维贫困,家庭消费结构在社会保障支出对农户多维贫困影响中的中介效应存在差异。据此,应进一步增加社会保障财政投入以提高社会保障覆盖范围,精准识别农户多维贫困以准确把握农户贫困状况,调整优化农户消费习惯以优化农户家庭消费结构,从而实现稳定脱贫的政策目标。

Based on the data of China Family Panel Studies(CFPS)in 2018,this paper studies the impact and mechanism of social security expenditure on farmers′multidimensional poverty by the ordered probit model.The results show that social security expenditure has significant negative effects on the farmers′multidimensional poverty.Family consumption structure has significant negative effects on the farmers′multidimensional poverty.The mediating effects of farmers′consumption structure is different in the impact of social security expenditure on multidimensional poverty.Therefore,we should further increase the financial input of social security to improve the coverage of social security,accurately identify the multi-dimensional poverty of farmers to accurately grasp the poverty situation of farmers,adjust and optimize the consumption habits of farmers to improve the consumption structure of farmers,so as to achieve the goal of stable poverty reduction.
