悬浮隧道前瞻性工程研究小型项目制团队工作模式构想与实践

摘要 中交悬浮隧道工程技术研究以结构与设计方法研究为主线。为强化主线并固化已有研究思想,成立结构与设计方法研究攻关组,完成了较丰富的研究成果,并形成了高效创造价值的工作模式和文化氛围。文中介绍该悬浮隧道前瞻性工程研究10人制小型项目制团队的工作模式构想及实践反馈。 CCCC Submerged Floating Tunnel Engineering Research takes the study of structural and design methodology as the main thread.In order to enhance the main line and solidify the exiting research thought,the structural and design methodology technical tackling team was set up,which completed rich research results,and formed an efficient work mode and cultural atmosphere for value creation.This paper introduced the concept and practice of work-mode for ten-people project team in the prospective project engineering research of submerged floating tunnel.
