摘要 为了实时获取叉车位置以及分析叉车的运行效率,研发了一套基于MSP430单片机的叉车定位系统。该系统由车载终端,远程服务器,用户界面三部分组成。车载终端采集来自GPS,惯性导航,蓝牙,霍尔传感器等多个来源的数据并通过GPRS模块发送给远程服务器。远程服务器解析并保存数据到MySQL数据库。用户界面从MySQL数据库中读取数据,具有实时显示,轨迹回放,历史数据下载,叉车效率分析等功能,还可融合多个来源的数据以应对复杂环境下GPS信号较差的情况。经过长时间的实际运行,该系统功能完善,定位精确,运行稳定,具备全天候定位的能力。 In order to obtain the forklift position in real time and analyze the efficiency of the forklift,a positioning system based on MSP430 microcontroller is developed.The system consists of three parts:the vehicle terminal,the remote server and the user interface.The vehicle terminal collects data from multiple sources such as GPS,inertial navigation,Bluetooth,Hall sensors and sends it to the remote server through the GPRS module.The remote server parses and saves the data to the MySQL database.The user interface reads data from the MySQL database and has functions such as real-time display,track playback,historical data download,forklift efficiency analysis,etc.,and can also integrate data from multiple sources to cope with poor GPS signals in complex environments.After a long period of actual operation,the system has perfect functions,accurate positioning,stable operation and all-weather positioning capability.
