Construction technology of airport runway project

机场场道工程是机场飞行区的核心部分,施工过程的质量控制对其寿命影响较大,必须确保机场场道不出现断板、掉边、平整度差等现象,以及满足其耐久性、表面耐磨性的要求。通过总结水泥混凝土机场场道工程多年的施工经验,从材料、设备、工艺等方面详细介绍了施工过程的控制要点与检测标准,在满足质量要求的基础上,提出了水泥混凝土机场道面的施工技术创新成果以及后续发展规划,其成果对其他类似工程具有一定借鉴意义。

Airport runway project is the core part of the airport flight area,the quality of the construction process control has a great influence on its service life.It must be ensured that the airport runway does not appear the phenomenon of broken plate,edge off,poor flatness,and meets the requirements of durability and surface wear resistance.In this paper,through summarizing the construction experience of cement concrete airport runway project for many years,we introduced control points and testing standards of the construction process in detail from the aspects of materials,equipment,process,etc.On the basis of meeting the quality requirements,we put forward the construction technology innovation achievements and subsequent development plan of cement concrete airport runway surface,the results have certain reference significance for other similar projects.
