摘要
目的观察胸腺肽α1辅助抗生素持续治疗对结核病患者肺功能及免疫功能的影响。方法选取收治的结核病患者86例,随机分为对照组和研究组,每组43例。对照组给予抗生素治疗,观察组在此基础上给予胸腺肽ɑ1治疗,连续治疗5个月,观察2组患者临床治疗总有效率、肺功能、及免疫功能的改善情况。结果研究组患者总有效率为93.02%显著高于对照组的76.74%(P<0.05);治疗后2组患者肺功能指标1 s用力呼吸量/用力肺活量(FEV1/FVC)、用力呼气峰流速(PEF)及肺活量(TLC)均比治疗前明显升高,且研究组的FEV1/FVC、PEF与TLC均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后2组患者的CD+3、CD+4、CD+8、CD+4/CD+8与NK细胞比例均有改善,血清IgA、IgG及IgM水平也有提高,且研究组患者各项指标的改善程度显著优于对照组(P<0.05);研究组与对照组患者的不良反应发生率分别为2.33%、6.98%,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论胸腺肽ɑ1辅助抗生素持续治疗结核病患者能够有效改善肺功能,提高机体免疫能力,且具有一定的安全性。
Objective To observe the effects of thymic peptideɑ1 assisted antibiotics continuous treatment on lung function and immunologic function of patients with tuberculosis.Methods A total of 86 patients with tuberculosis who were treated in our hospital were randomly divided into control group(n=43)and observation group(n=43).The patients in control group were treated by antibiotics,and the patients in observation group,on the basis of control group,were treated by thymic peptideɑ1,with a treatment course of 5 months for both groups.The total effective rate,lung function and the improvement status of immunologic function were observed and compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the total effective rate in observation group was 93.02%,which was significantly higher than that(76.74%)in control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the lung function indexes including forced expiratory volume in 1s/forced vital capacity(FEV1/FVC),forced expiratory flow(PEF)and total lung capacity(TLC)in both groups were significantly higher than those before treatment,moreover,the FEV1/FVC,PEF and TLC in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the CD+3,CD+4,CD+8,CD+4/CD+8 and ratios of NK cells in both groups were improved,and the serum levels of IgA,IgG and IgM were improved,and the improvements degree in observation group was more significant than that in control group(P<0.05).In addition the incidence rate of adverse reactions in observation group and control group was 2.33%and 6.98%,respectively,there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Thymic peptideɑ1 assisted antibiotics continuous treatment for patients with tuberculosis can effectively improve lung function,improve the immune ability of the body,with a certain safety.
