绘本宣教对住院患儿家长期望值的影响研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的观察绘本宣教对住院患儿及家属期望值的影响,探讨和建立适合儿科特点的健康宣教形式,降低由于家长期望值过高引发的医患纠纷,为提高住院患儿及家属满意度提供理论参考。方法选择2016年7月至2017年6月住院的患儿280例按数字表随机法分为观察组142例和对照组138例,比较2组住院患儿家长给予不同形式的健康宣教,观察组给予口头宣教联合发放绘本故事画册宣教,对照组采用口头宣教联合发放文字资料宣教,并对2组患儿家属在宣教前和宣教后3~5 d分别发放自制《住院患者期望值测定量表》,对比2组住院患儿及家属在给予2种形式健康宣教前后期望值的变化。结果宣教前2组儿科住院患者家长期望值差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);宣教后观察组期望值较对照组显著降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组家属满意度明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论口头宣教联合绘本故事画册宣教形式优于口头宣教联合文字资料宣教形式,能明显降低家属期望值,提高住院患儿及家长对治疗及护理的依从性,从而提高住院患儿满意度。 Objective To investigate the effects of campus picture education on the expected value of parents of hospitalized children patients,and to explore and establish proper education form suitable for pediatric characteristics,reduce patient-doctor disputes,and to provide theoretical reference for the elevation of satisfaction degree of children patients and their parents.Methods A total of 280 hospitalized children patients who were treated in our hospital from July 2016 to June 2017 were enrolled in the study,who were randomly divided into observation group(n=142)and control group(n=138)according to random digital number table.The patients in observation group were educated orally combined with story-based campus pictures,however,the patients in control group were educated orally combined with text materials.The self-designed Measurement Scale of Expectation Value for Inpatients was given to the children patients and their patients to be filled before education,at the begins and at 3~5 days after the education.The changes of expectation value were observed and compared between the two groups.Results Before education,there was no significant difference in the expectation value between the two groups(P>0.05).After education,the expectation value in observation group was significantly decreased,however,the compliance of patients was significantly increased,as compared with those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The effects of oral education combined with story-based campus pictures are superior to those of oral education combined with text materials,the former can reduce obviously the expectation value of patients and their parents,increase the compliance to treatment and nursing,so as to improve the satisfaction degree of hospitalized children patients,.
