Application of S-3GHMC440/260 Super Swirler in Zhongheng Coal Preparation Plant

介绍了S-3GHMC440/260型超级无压给料三产品重介质旋流器对仲恒选煤厂难选原料煤的分选效果;试验结果表明:该旋流器对高含矸难选劣质煤分选效果良好,该旋流器一、二段的可能偏差值分别为0.022 kg/L、0.034 kg/L;精煤数量效率为95.94%,中煤数量效率为91.35%。

The separation effect of Steam 3GHMC440/260 super HM cyclone with un-pressurized feeding Swirler on Zhongheng coal separating plant refractory raw coal is introduced.The test results show that the Swirler has a good separation effect on refractory and inferior coal with high gangue content,and the possible deviation values of the first and second stages of the Swirler are 0.022 kg/L and 0.034kg/L,respectively.The quantity efficiency of clean coal is 95.94%,and that of medium coal is 91.35%.
