摘要
运用SAC空间自相关计量模型,实证探究安徽省存款和贷款规模对科技创新的影响以及二者的空间溢出效应。结果表明,存款规模对科技创新具有显著的负向影响,贷款规模对科技创新具有显著的正向影响,两者都具有明显的空间溢出效应。据此提出通过提升存款贷款的利用效率,促进科技创新成果转化效率以及加强全省各地市的金融联动等措施促进科技创新。
Based on the SAC spatial auto-correlation econometric model,this paper empirically explores the impact of deposit scale and loan scale on science and technology innovation,and draws a conclusion that deposit scale has a significant negative impact on science and technology innovation.Loan scale has a significant positive impact on science and technology innovation.Both of them have obvious spatial spillover effects.This paper puts forward some relevant policy suggestions from the aspects of improving the utilization efficiency of deposit and loan,promoting the transformation efficiency of scientific and technological innovation achievements,and strengthening the financial linkage of all cities in Anhui province.
