豫南地区主栽小麦品种苗期赤霉病抗性比较

Comparison of Resistance to Scab of Main Wheat Cultivars at Seedling Stage in Southern Henan

摘要 选择信阳地区主栽小麦品种西农979、鲁农116、优麦2号、郑麦379、豫农035和新麦288进行大田种植,统计分析其赤霉病发病情况。同时,室内种植上述6个小麦品种,并在苗期接种不同浓度禾谷镰刀菌孢子悬浮液,培养至四叶期,测定不同品种间SOD和POD含量,分析各品种赤霉病苗期抗性。结果表明,西农979、鲁农116和优麦2号三个品种在大田种植中赤霉病抗性较好,郑麦379和豫农035田间抗性较差;各品种接种后SOD、POD指标出现显著变化,西农979、鲁农116和优麦2号苗期酶活性变化不大,推测其受赤霉病影响较小,抗性较强;豫农035苗期POD、SOD活性变化较大,推测其受赤霉病影响较大,抗性较差。 In this study,the main wheat varieties Xinyang area,Xinong 979,Lunong 116,Youmai 2,Zhengmai 379,Yunong 035 and Xinmai 288,were planted in the field,and the incidence of scab was statistically analyzed.At the same time,six wheat varieties were planted in the laboratory,cultured to four leaf stage,then different concentrations of Fusarium graminearum spore suspension were inoculated at the seedling stage.The content of SOD and POD among different varieties were measured(after how long the inoculation),and the resistance of each variety to scab at the seedling stage was analyzed.The results showed that the three varieties of Xinong 979,Lunong 116 and Youmai 2 had better resistance to scab in the field,while the 379 and 035 roots of Zhengmai and Yunong were less resistant in the field;the SOD and POD indexes of each variety changed significantly after inoculation,but the enzyme activity of Xinong 979,Lunong 116 and Youmai 2 had little change in the stem and seedling stage,so it was speculated that they were less affected by scab and had stronger resistance;the 035 roots of Yunong had POD in the seedling stage,SOD activity changed a lot,so it was speculated that it was affected by scab and had poor resistance.
