摘要 土地经营权的流转定价是"三权分置"研究的重要问题。利用财产权理论、跨期资产定价理论对土地经营权流转定价进行研究,提出家庭承包类,招标、拍卖类土地经营权流转以及土地经营权被征用的定价原则,认为土地经营权流转定价的本质是土地经营权让渡而获得的补偿,相对于《中华人民共和国土地管理法》而言,流转价格有较强的经济学理论基础,能保证农民享有原有的收入水平。 The transfer pricing of land management rights is important in the study of " three rights division". Based on the theory of property rights and the theory of intertemporal asset pricing used to study the transfer pricing of land management rights,several types of pricing principles are proposed,including household contracting,bidding,auction land management rights transferring and land management rights requisition,as well as land management right transferring price is recognized as a compensation for the transferring naturally.For the purpose of Management Law,transferring price is based on relatively strong economic theory that will guarantee the farmers to enjoy original incoming.
