摘要
教育目的论是教育的基本理论导向,对其进行深入认识,可以更好地指导教育的科学发展。从怀特海的生平与其教育目的形成的背景出发,在分析怀特海的为了五彩缤纷的生活的教育目的论以及踏准生命成长的节拍的教育节奏论基础上,可以得到其教育目的论对我国教育的启示,即,基于生命教育,培养全面发展与个性发展的受教育者;基于学生生活,设置综合实践课程提升学生的劳动技能;基于生活与生命,培育学生的审美能力;基于智力发展,把握自由和训练的节奏,以适应学生的个性发展;同时,教师应有自己坚定的教育信念和对理想教育的追求。
Education teleology is the basic theoretical orientation of education,and an in-depth understanding of it can better guide the scientific development of education.From Whitehead's life and the formation of his educational purpose,based on the analysis of whitehead's educational teleology for colorful life and the educational rhythm theory for the rhythm of life growth,we can draw inspiration from its educational teleology for education in China,that is,cultivating all-round development and personality development based on life education,setting up comprehensive practical courses to improve students'labor skills based on students'lives,cultivating students'aesthetic ability based on the life,grasping freedom and training rhythms to adapt to students'individual development based on intellectual development.At the same time,the teacher should have firm belief in education and the pursuit of ideal education.
