摘要
通过对河北民族师范学院小学教育专业3个年级学生的实习经历和职业认同情况进行调查,结果显示:学生年级越高、实习次数越多,职业认同越低;实习工作和收获的多样性、收获影响的深刻性以及实习基地的师资及教学水平对学生职业认同有显著影响;但实习工作与学生自身兴趣的相符程度、实习评价和激励制度以及本学院指导老师的指导质量则只与职业认同中的某些维度具有相关性。据此,为提高学生职业认同感,提出如下建议:学生本身从思想上要正视实习,夯实专业基础,提高专业能力;学校的实习工作安排应兼具基础性与多样性,实习评价应健全激励措施,教师指导应兼具积极性与有效性。
By investigating the internship experience and professional identity of primary education majors in Hebei Normal University for Nationalities,the results show that the higher the grade is,the lower the professional identity is.The more internships(probation)the students experience,the lower the professional identity they have.The diversity of internships,the profound influence of internships,and the teachers and teaching level of internships have a significant impact on the professional identity of primary education students.However,the degree to which internship matches one's own interests,the evaluation and incentive system for internship,and the quality of guidance provided by the department's instructors are only relevant to some dimensions of professional identity.Based on the analysis of the results,some suggestions for improving the professional identity are put forwards:Primary education majors should face up to the significance of internship,consolidate the professional foundation and improve the professional ability;The school should arrange diverse work for the students;The evaluation should be the incentive;Teachers'guidance should be both positive and effective.
