无籽西瓜精准控水免破壳育苗技术研究

摘要 [目的]重点从水分精准控制来研究无籽西瓜免破壳育苗技术。[方法]采用不同浇水量处理测定无籽西瓜基质育苗出苗率和发芽势。[结果]从不浇水天数来看,1 d不浇水处理发芽势和出苗率较高,分别达到45.83%和81.94%;从水量最大到最少,发芽势和出土率呈现先增加后降低趋势,戴帽率逐渐增加,浇透水水量减半处理发芽势和出土率最高,达到68.05%和81.94%;不同浇水量组合中浇透水水量减半处理的第2天1/6、第3天和第4天2/6的组合发芽势和出土率最高,达到70.83%和83.33%,居所有处理最高。[结论]通过控水处理探讨无籽西瓜发芽机理并为无籽西瓜免破壳提供一种可行的技术路径。 [Objective]This experiment focused on free shell seedling technology of seedless watermelon from the precise water control.[Method]The seedling emergence rate and germination potential of seedless watermelon seedlings were measured by different watering amounts.[Result]The germination potential and the emergence rate of 1st day without watering was higher than others,reaching 45.83%and 81.94%;From the maximum to the minimum amount of water,the germination potential and the excavation rate firstly increased and then decreased,the wearing rate increased gradually.The germination potential and the unearthing rate were the highest by half pour enough water,reaching 68.05%and 81.94%;On the watering amount combination of 2nd day 1/6,3rd day and 4th day 2/6 in half pour enough water,the germination potential and the unearthed rate were the highest,reaching 70.83%and 83.33%,ranking the highest in all treatments.[Conclusion]The germination mechanism of seedless watermelons was discussed through controlled water treatment and a feasible technical path was provided for seedless watermelons to avoid shell breaking.
