当前及今后一段时期内,国际经贸发展预计仍将呈现国家间博弈加剧、全球经济增长乏力、贸易壁垒增多、金融风险上升等态势。“十四五”时期,我国仍需推进改革开放各项新举措、发展实体经济、扩大利用外资、积极拓展国际合作,部署好落实好“一带一路”、对外贸易、利用外资、对外投资、加强国际经贸合作、积极参与全球治理等方面的重点任务,努力拓展外向型经济发展新局面。

At present and in the future,the development of international economy and trade is expected to show the trend of intensified game among countries,weak global economic growth,increased trade barriers,and increased financial risks.During the"Fourteenth Five-Year Plan"period,China still needs to promote new measures for reform and opening up,develop the real economy,expand the use of foreign investment,actively expand international cooperation,and deploy and implement the"Belt and Road",foreign trade,foreign investment,foreign investment,and strengthening international economic and trade cooperation,active participation in global governance and other key tasks,and strive to expand the new situation of export-oriented economic development.
