当前全球供应链正在呈现数字化、智能化、柔性化、平台化、绿色化、区域化发展趋势。积极参与全球供应链的构建、重塑与创新,是新时期赋能高水平开放,推动形成全面开放新格局的必然选择。我国需跨越供应链数字、技术、服务、营商、治理鸿沟,着力构建数字供应链体系,推动技术创新、运营模式创新和业态创新,有序引导产业转移,加强现代供应链的战略支撑与保障,参与全球供应链治理,实现共建共营共享。

At present,the global supply chain is showing a digital,intelligent,flexible,platform,green,regional development trend.Actively participating in the construction,remodeling and innovation of global supply chain is the inevitable choice for enabling high-level opening in the new era and promoting the formation of a new pattern of comprehensive opening.China needs to bridge the digital,technological,service,business and governance gaps in the supply chain,focus on building a digital supply chain system,promote technological,operational and business innovation,orderly guide industrial transfer,strengthen the strategic support and guarantee of modern supply chain,participate in global supply chain governance,and realize joint construction and sharing.
