Construction and managerial practices of regulatory structures for Hongshiyan Dammed Lake in Niulanjiang River

通过分析红石岩特大型堰塞湖的特殊性,利用科学比选方式确定除害兴利综合整治方案,采取制度建设、资金筹措、优化职能等一系列措施严格建设管理,工程建设取得实质性成效,较好地实现了减灾兴利目标任务。

An integrated control measures have been defined for disaster elimination and benefit generation, through analysis of special features of super large dammed lake named Hongshiyan for comparative regulation in a scientific way. A series of measures have be taken so as to strengthen construction and management, such as effective institutional system, fund raising, and function optimization. The project achieves substantive results and targets of disaster elimination and benefit generation.
