参芎葡萄糖注射液治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床疗效及药理学分析

Clinical Efficacy and Pharmacological Analysis of Rhizoma Ligusticum Glucose Injection in the Treatment of Coronary Heart Disease and Angina Pectoris

目的探讨参芎葡萄糖注射液治疗冠心病心绞痛临床疗效及药理学分析。方法选取2017年1月至2018年1月在锦州市中医医院内科就诊的50例,随机分为试验组25例和对照组25例,疗程为10 d。对照组采取常规冠心病心绞痛治疗,采取卧床休息、根据患者病情口服药物或者进行静脉滴注,采取硝酸酯类药物、他汀类调脂药、β受体阻滞剂、钙通道阻滞剂、抗凝、抗血小板药物。试验组在对照组的基础上使用参芎葡萄糖注射液进行治疗,每次100 mL,2次/天,观察患者的临床有效率。结果试验组临床有效率为92.0%,对照组临床有效率为72.0%,试验组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论参芎葡萄糖治疗冠心病心绞痛可以有效的提高患者的临床有效率,改善患者的临床症状,提高生活质量,值得在临床推广。

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy and pharmacological analysis of rhizoma ligusticum glucose injection in the treatment of coronary heart disease angina.Methods A total of 50 patients who were admitted to the pharmacy department of jinzhou municipal hospital of traditional Chinese medicine from January 2017 to January 2018 were randomly divided into 25 patients in the experimental group and 25 patients in the control group.The course of treatment was 10 days.The control group was treated with conventional coronary heart disease angina,bed rest,oral drugs or intravenous drip according to the patient's condition,nitrates drugs,teratine lipid-regulating drugs,urine receptor blockers,calcium channel blockers,anticoagulants and antiplatelet drugs.The experimental group was treated with rhizoma ligusticum glucose injection on the basis of the control group,100 ml at a time,2 times per day,to observe the clinical efficiency of the patients.Results The clinical efficiency of the experimental group was 92.0%,and that of the control group was 72.0%.The difference between the experimental group and the control group was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of coronary heart disease angina with rhizoma ligusticum can effectively improve the clinical efficiency,improve the clinical symptoms and improve the quality of life of patients.
