中医扶正抗癌法联合化疗对晚期直肠癌的临床疗效观察

Observation of Clinical Efficacy of Traditional Chinese Medicine Anti-cancer Method Combined with Chemotherapy on Advanced Rectal Cancer

目的通过客观评价奥沙利铂+卡培他滨联合中医扶正抗癌法治疗晚期直肠癌的临床疗效。方法运用以医院为基础的前瞻性随机对照试验方法,按照自制的纳入标准和排除标准共收集到晚期直肠癌样本50例,随机分成观察组及对照组,每组25例。观察组在对照组常规化疗的基础上给予中医扶正抗癌疗法进行治疗。观察两组患者疗效、免疫、血液指标、生活质量方面的变化。结果两组患者治疗后相关指标均明显改善。但观察组在改善疗效、免疫、血液指标、生活质量方面均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论奥沙利铂+卡培他滨+中医扶正抗癌法联合治疗晚期直肠癌,疗效显著,可改善患者全身状态及生活质量,值得临床推广。

Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of oxaliplatin plus capecitabine combined with traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of advanced rectal cancer.Methods Using a prospective randomized controlled trial based on hospital,50 cases of advanced rectal cancer were collected and divided into observation group and control group randomly,with 25 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine based on the conventional chemotherapy in the control group.The curative effect,immunity,blood index and quality of life of the two groups were observed.Results Two groups of patients were significantly improved after treatment.But the observation group was better than the control group in improving the curative effect,immunity,blood index and quality of life(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined treatment of oxaliplatin plus capecitabine plus Chinese traditional Chinese medicine is effective in the treatment of advanced rectal cancer.It can improve the state of the whole body and the quality of life.It is worthy of clinical promotion.
