摘要
介绍了一种采用转印膜与承印件真空吸附、加热装置升温加热、皮囊充气加压的方式,实现对软质、形状怪异印件3D转印的热转印机,并对其特点作了比较和分析。经实际应用,该机设计可行、实用,转印效果良好。
This paper introduces a kind of heat transfer machine which USES vacuum adsorption of transfer film and substrate,heating up of heating device,and inflating and pressurizing of leather bag to realize 3D transfer of soft and weird printing parts,and compares and analyzes its characters.Through practical application,the machine design is feasible,practical,good transfer effect.
